Some eaiser variations of push ups to help you build the strength to do a traditional one!

I don’t generally reblog ‘fitness’ stuff but gaddamn could I use some more arm strength.

Push-ups are my worst nightmare. I can only do 44 before I pass out on the floor.

Really helpful. I’ve lost the ability to even do one pushup. I was mortified. I started doing pushups off every counter and wall at my house.. Starting to feel a bit stronger.

This is great if you’ve had an arm or shoulder injury. I had elbow surgery in October of 2013, and this was part of my recovery plan in PT. Get lower and lower each time and you’ll be able to do a full push-up soon! :)
